Academic Curriculum
Master of Science in Child Life (MSCL) Program
The MSCL program is founded on a longstanding professional collaboration between the College of Charleston (CofC) and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). Our program's curriculum is consistent with the Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP) guidelines. A cohort of approximately 10 students is admitted each fall. Students will progress through the full-time two-year program together as a group, following a set curriculum. Practicum is integrated into the academic curriculum so students are able to apply what they learn in real time.
